We collect your name, email address, and any claim data you choose to enter into the platform. We also collect basic usage analytics (pages visited, features used) solely to improve the product. We do not collect sensitive personal information beyond what you voluntarily provide.
Your data is used solely to provide and improve the EchoDraft service. We do not sell your data to any third party. We do not use your claim data, report content, or dictated audio for training AI models.
All data is stored on Google Firebase infrastructure, hosted in secure data centres. Data is encrypted in transit using TLS and encrypted at rest using AES-256. Backups are retained for up to 30 days.
Your data is shared only with other members of your team within EchoDraft — people you have explicitly invited. We use Google Firebase (Authentication and Firestore) and PayPal as infrastructure and payment providers. These providers process data under their own privacy policies. We do not share your data with any other third parties.
When you invite teammates, they can see shared team data such as phrases, templates, workflow claims, and roles. Each adjuster's personal document history and adjustment spreadsheet data remains private to that individual unless explicitly shared.
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing privacy@echodraft.co. We will process deletion requests within 30 days. You may also request a copy of your data at any time.
We use essential cookies for authentication only (Firebase session cookies). We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics cookies.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If your account is paused due to non-payment, data is retained for 90 days before deletion. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
EchoDraft is not intended for use by persons under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify active users by email of material changes. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
