By creating an account or using EchoDraft, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
EchoDraft is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform designed to assist loss adjusters in producing reports, tracking claims, and collaborating with team members. It is a productivity tool and does not constitute legal, financial, or insurance advice. Report content remains the professional responsibility of the adjuster.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your account with people who have not been invited through the platform's official team invite feature. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You retain full ownership of all data you enter into EchoDraft, including claim information, report content, and uploaded documents. We do not sell, share, or use your claim data for any purpose other than providing the service to you.
You agree not to use EchoDraft to store or transmit unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, or confidential third-party information without authorisation. You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, scrape, or disrupt the service or its underlying infrastructure. You may not use the service to process claims on behalf of clients without appropriate professional licensing.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through PayPal. You may cancel at any time through the app's settings or your PayPal account. Refunds are not provided for partial months already billed. Free trial periods are limited to 7 days per email address.
We aim for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any loss caused by temporary outages, maintenance windows, or third-party infrastructure failures (including Google Firebase or PayPal).
EchoDraft is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss — including loss of data, business interruption, or loss of revenue — arising from use of the platform. Our maximum liability is limited to fees paid by you in the 30 days preceding any claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the service, or fail to pay for a subscription. You may delete your account at any time through settings or by contacting us.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify active users of material changes by email.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Botswana. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Botswana.
