EchoDraft is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform designed to assist loss adjusters in producing reports, tracking claims, and collaborating with team members. It is a productivity tool and does not constitute legal, financial, or insurance advice.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others who have not been invited through the platform's team feature.
You retain full ownership of all data you enter into EchoDraft. We do not sell, share, or use your claim data for any purpose other than providing the service to you.
You agree not to use EchoDraft to store or transmit unlawful, defamatory, or fraudulent information. You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the service.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are not provided for partial months. Free trial periods are limited to 7 days per account.
EchoDraft is provided "as is." We are not liable for any loss of data, business interruption, or damages arising from use of the platform. Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 30 days.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

We collect your name, email address, and any claim data you choose to enter into the platform. We also collect basic usage analytics (pages visited, features used) to improve the product.
Your data is used solely to provide and improve the EchoDraft service. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your claim data for training AI models.
All data is stored on Google Firebase infrastructure, hosted in secure data centres. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256).
Your data is shared only with other members of your team within EchoDraft (people you have explicitly invited). We use Firebase Authentication and Firestore as infrastructure providers — they process data under their own privacy policies.
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing privacy@echodraft.co. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
